Counseling in Germany — Institutions, Documents & Dolmetsching
German institutions are hard — even for Germans. Jobcenter letters, Agentur für Arbeit forms, digital applications, deadlines nobody explained to you. We have already supported a lot of people — in real life and online — through exactly this jungle, and we gladly do it again for you.
A special focus is orientation around German rules and German work law: what your contract and payslip really say, what an Abmahnung means, which deadlines matter, what the institutions expect from you. We explain it in simple words, prepare your answers with you — and for individual legal case examination we bring you to the right lawyer or official counseling center, as the law (RDG) requires. You are never left alone with it.
Real support, not just information. The founder was the main contact for German institutions at his previous company — writing the e-mails, making the calls, accompanying colleagues to appointments, documenting a disability so a man in a wheelchair could be hired with full subsidies.
That is the level of support you get: someone who walks with you — to the appointment, through the form, until the thing is actually done.
