A1. Scope. Part A applies to all social services of Kapejko Studios: support with institutions and documents, job and housing assistance, employee and employer support, Büroservice / virtual assistance, translation and understanding help, and B2B counseling.

A2. First appointment. The first appointment is always free of charge and without obligation.

A3. Prices. All prices shown are final end prices including 19% VAT. In the social area, every price is flexible and open to discussion — the binding price is always agreed in writing (e-mail is sufficient) before the work starts.

A4. Nature of the services. Our support is practical help and accompaniment. It is not legal advice in the sense of the Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz (RDG) and not tax advice. Individual legal or tax case examination is referred to lawyers, tax advisors or official counseling centers. Certified (beglaubigte) translations are provided exclusively through qualified, sworn partners — available for Polish, Greek and English.

A5. Customer cooperation. The customer provides truthful information and the required documents in time. Missed deadlines caused by late or incomplete documents are not our responsibility.

A6. Appointments. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations we may charge the agreed hourly rate for the reserved time.

A7. Confidentiality. Documents and personal information are treated confidentially, stored separately per customer and deleted or returned after the order is completed, subject to legal retention periods.

B1. Scope. Part B applies to all IT services of Kapejko Studios: device repair, technical support, security and malware checks, databases, software and web development, automation, data analysis and AI solutions.

B2. Free analysis. The first analysis of a device or project is free. For repairs, no costs arise before the analysis is complete and the customer has confirmed the repair price.

B3. Offers and orders. Binding offers and orders are agreed in writing (e-mail is sufficient). All prices are final end prices including 19% VAT.

B4. Data backup. The customer is responsible for backing up data before a repair or system work, unless a backup is expressly part of the order. For data loss, liability is limited to the typical restoration effort where a current backup exists.

B5. Repairs and guarantee. Before every repair the customer is told honestly whether it is economically worth it. Repaired devices come with a guarantee on the performed repair; scope and duration are stated on the invoice. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

B6. Software projects. Scope, milestones, acceptance and maintenance of software and web projects are defined in the written order. Change requests after acceptance are billed separately.

B7. Payment. Private customers: payment on completion, in advance, or as agreed. Companies: payment terms per invoice. Partial payment can be agreed for larger projects.

Liability. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for damage to life, body or health and except under mandatory law.

Privacy. Personal data is handled with data minimisation, stored securely and separately per customer, and deleted after legal retention periods. Details on request.

Severability. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
